 Ayoub Misherghi, CEO & CTO

Was born in Tripoli and educated in the U.K. He received his B.Sc. in EE from the University of Cardiff in the U.K. and the M.S. degree in Communications Engineering from the University of Manchester, UMIST, in England. He did graduate research at the University of Birmingham and at the University of Aston in England.

Mr. Misherghi has 32 years of experience in Microwave Devices, Satellite Ground Stations, Satellite Links, SoC Integrated Circuit Design and Verification, Speech Coding, Digital Filtering, Telecommunications, ISDN, DSP, Microprocessors, Bit Sliced Architectures, Mass Storage, Busses, Computer Interfacing and Networking at FDB Misherghi, Advanced Micro Devices, Realchip Communications and as consultant to other Silicon Valley Corporations.

He has been fulltime Faculty member of the University of Tripoli and the California State University of Fresno.

Mr. Misherghi's research interests include VLSI, System-on-Chip, Simulation, Verification, Telecommunications Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Voice Processing, System Echo Cancellation and System Equalization.
